UF Facilities Services Social Pieces: Work
UF FACILITIES SERVICES SOCIAL PAGES
As the digital media intern for UF's Facilities Services department, I created several graphics and templates to publish to their social sites to further inform the public on the work the Facilities team performed.
I also created several informational and public service announcements for the campus about sustainability and efficiency.
UF Facilities Services Social Pieces: Welcome
As part of a nationally (and internationally) recognized brand, I worked within UF's branding guidelines to create posts with a strong and identifiable style. However, I wanted to do more than just rehash the same color palettes, textures, and layouts.

Basing a lot of my work on the UF branding guidelines, I pushed them beyond the standard. I wanted to revitalize the social media pages to be more youthful and vibrant. Especially since a lot of the social posts had previously been photo-based, I wanted to make the graphical elements shine.
UF Facilities Services Social Pieces: Text
With the Sustainability template, I created a post that brimmed with energy and excitement for change. These posts embody progression towards positive environmental change, and are made so that the information on it can be easily swapped out to include information about new or future sustainability projects.

With the Shop Overview template, I created a fun, eye-catching and outgoing post to describe the teams or "shops" that run the campus. These were also designed to be easy to swap text in and out of to make several posts about the variety of shops on campus.
While I did make a default version based on UF's colors, I also wanted to introduce color customization so that each shop could be presented with an individual flair.
